Formally student accommodation, we took the building back to bare brickwork, offering the chance to introduce insulation to the external walls and completely renew the mechanical and electrical installations. The space is furnished with architecturally designed bespoke joinery throughout to provide much needed storage with mouldings and fittings selected to compliment the original details of the house.
